We've had these headphones for about 2 months now and LOVE THEM!! Beside the fact that they're a wonderful product, the Kidz Gear company has an A+++ customer service dept. Case in point...strangely one of our headsets suddenly stopped working so I contacted Kidz Gear. And without ANY hesitation or question they apologized for the inconvienance and shipped out a new pair. Two days later we received them! So for that alone I applaud them! Way to go Kidz Gear!!
