I bought this set of headphones for use at home for the computer. The sound quality out of this set is truly amazing, better than any other set of headphones I have ever had the misfortune to listen through. This set gives more a stereo sound rather than the one-dimensional sounds the others give. I am sure that there are better and more expensive brands out there and I am not knocking those, but if you want good sound for a good price, this is it. The in-line volume control allows you to control the volume instead of having to adjust from the computer which is an added bonus, especially if what you're listening to gets loud all of a sudden. It even has the larger plug for not just computer use, but also for larger stereo equipment. Overall, I am extremely pleased.
